Big Band Dance Food Truck Lineup

Food Truck

How does a plate of savory crepes, a cold Italian ice treat and a free rhumba lesson sound?

That’s just one of the food and dance lesson choices you have this summer as the annual Big Band Dances at Centennial Park get underway on June 4, 2022.

We know it’s been a couple of years since the Big Band Dances have been held on their long-time home Centennial Park event shelter dance floor, so here’s a little reminder of the details. The evening starts with a free lesson provided by Dynamic Ballroom and Performing Arts at 7 p.m. with the night’s featured big band taking the stage at 7:30.

You see, just like the dances range from American to Latin to European, the food this summer will take you on a journey around the world. And, as usual, Creative Parks Nashville will be on hand to set you up with a cold bottle of water for a small donation, which goes to support art and events like the Big Band Dance series in our parks.
